What Owns You?

Heard once: "Whatever you can't give up owns you, you don't own it."

There was a gentleman who gave quite a number of five and six figure gifts to an exciting project. Then he was asked to give a transformative seven figure gift. It was quite an internal wrestling match. You see, to come up with that amount he had to give from his principle and not just the interest. He said yes and subsequently said he had discovered another new level of freedom and joy!

We don't just give for the heck of it. Sometimes we give to discover freedom!
